''Willing Willie'' contestant ''Jan-Jan'' has triggered a new round of controversy for the show's host Willie Revillame

MANILA, Philippines -- The video clip of ''Willing Willie'' contestant ''Jan-Jan'' has triggered a new round of controversy for the show's host Willie Revillame. Dated March 12 and has since circulated on Facebook and Twitter, it shows a six-year-old boy crying while dancing seemingly like a macho dancer. The video has had 273,120 hits as of press time.

Revillame was quoted as commenting on the routine, thus: ''Ganyan ho ang hirap ng buhay ng tao...pinahanga mo ako Jan-Jan. ... Ibang klase ka Jan-Jan... (laughs) May luha pa iyan ha... Kaya niya ginagawa 'yon para sa pamilya.''

Some netizens are outraged over the matter, labeling it ''stupid,'' ''degrading'' and maybe an act of ''child abuse.''

''watch guys. you don't do this to a kid!! shame on willing willie! shame on all the STUPID PEOPLE who clapped!! SHAME!!'' one user said.

''this video shows how WILLING WILLIE made fun with a 6 year-old kid! grabeh! binabastos na yung batang walang alam sa nangyayari sa kanya! tsk! pinilit lang nga siguro yung bata na gawin yung talent niya na yun! tsk! at etong walang PAKIALAM na HOST eh lalong PINAG-LARUAN ANG BATA!!! SHAME ON YOU WILLIE REVILLAME!'' said another.

Even some celebrities tweeted their comments about the viral video.

Think about it; I hope MVP sees that video clip of Willie bullying the kid and not ignore nor shrug it off, maski privately reprimand man lang.''

One YouTube user posted: ''For those who believe this is an appalling child abuse, please email your concerns to Sec. Dinky Soliman of DSWD (dinky@dswd.gov.ph) and MTRCB (admin@mtrcb.gov.ph) so that appropriate actions may be done... Thank you and let's hope nobody ever humiliates a child like this ever? again, may it be on national TV or not.''

But Jan-Jan's camp is not filing any complaint against Willie Revillame or ''Willing Willie,'' according to ''Paparazzi.''

Lea Salonga tweeted the news March 27, ''The latest c/o Paparazzi: Confirmed that the 6yr old boy that guested on WW is not filing a complaint. He & fam is ecstatic that he made it.''

Willie Revillame suspends WWW Girls dance group

Willie Revillame announced the suspension of the show's dance group WW Girls citing infighting between members that even reached social networking site Twitter.

"Mga matitigas ang ulo. Suspendido po sila hindi alam, indefinite kung babalik pa sila o hindi. Awayan ng awayan, awayan ng awayan. Pati sa twitter ho nag-aawayan. Yan ang disiplinang sinasabi ko. Biruin mo, programa niyo ‘to e magkakasama kayo dito. Sabi ko sa inyo, pumikit kayo, ibalik niyo yung dati niyong ginagawa nung nandun tayo sa kabilang istasyon, at anong buhay niyo ngayon. Ang lalaki ng sweldo niyo, almost 40 thousand, may kotse pang libre," Willie divulged in the Jan. 12 episode of Willing Willie.

According to Revillame, fighting within his show is strictly prohibited. "No one is indispensable," he said.

Anna Feliciano, the group's dance choreographer along with the show's staff and crew served as substitutes for the WW Girls while the dance group undergoes indefinite suspension. Despite the girls absence the show went on, lively as usual.

Shalani Soledad will be Willie co-host in Willing Willie

Si Shalani Soledad ang magiging co-host ni Willie Revillame sa Willing Willie simula sa Lunes, November 8.

Ang magandang 30-year-old politician ang tinutukoy sa blind-item report sa PEP Alerts na lumabas ngayong araw, November 6, tungkol sa "isang big-time at kontrobersiyal na female personality na ipapakilala sa Willing Willie sa Lunes, Nov. 8."

Ayon sa impormasyong nakalap ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal), kagabi, November 5, nagkasarahan ang negosasyon sa pagpasok ni Shalani sa programa ni Willie. Pero hindi pa malinaw kung nakakontrata na siya o nasa trial period pa lamang.

Isang malaking hakbang para kay Shalani, na naninilbihan bilang konsehal sa Valenzuela City, ang pagiging co-host ng isang malaganap na variety program gaya ng Willing Willie.

Ibig sabihin kasi nito ay tuluyan nang pinalawak ni Shalani ang kanyang mundo. Mula sa pulitika ay tatawirin na rin niya ang mundo ng showbiz, kung saan mas magiging target siya ng intriga at kontrobersiya.

Bago pa man kasi siya nagdesisyon na pasukin ang mundo ng telebisyon ay naging laman na ng balita sa diyaryo, radio, telebisyon, at news websites si Shalani.

Bukod sa isang political figure, naging interesado rin ang media kay Shalani dahil sa pagiging ex-girlfriend niya ni Pangulong Noynoy Aquino.

Bagamat wala pang direktang kumpirmasyon mula kina Shalani at PNoy, malakas ang usap-usapan na break na ang dalawa pagkatapos ng dalawang taon ng pagiging magkasintahan.

Bago maluklok sa puwesto si PNoy bilang Pangulo ng Pilipinas ay mainit na pinag-usapan ang kanilang relasyon. At nang umupo na sa Malacañang si PNoy ay marami ang nag-abang kung si Shalani na nga ba ang magiging First Lady ng Pangulo.

Pero tila malabo nang mangyari ito dahil sa balitang break na nga sila. Bukod dito, naiuugnay na rin ang pangalan nina Shalani at PNoy sa iba bagamat wala pa silang inaamin tungkol dito.

Samantala, hindi na maituturing na baguhan sa harap ng telebisyon si Shalani. Bago kasi niya pinasok ang mundo ng pulitika ay naging field reporter siya noon para sa UNTelevision.

Pero tiyak na ang pagpasok ni Shalani sa Willing Willie ay magbibigay lalo ng kulay sa lumalakas na bagong programa ni Willie.

Mo Twister believed that Willing Willie show will air on October 23

Walang duda si Mo Twister na matutuloy ang pag-ere ng bagong show ni Willie Revillame sa TV5, Willing Willie, sa Sabado, October 23. Kasama rin si Mo sa show bilang isa sa mga segment host.

Ito ay sa kabila ng inihaing petisyon ng ABS-CBN sa korte na pigilan ang pag-eere ng show ni Willie dahil may kontrata pa raw sa kanila ang TV host.

"I have no doubt. I think we're gonna be okay," sabi ni Mo nang makausap siya ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) sa taping ng Paparazzi last Saturday, October 16.

"Willing Willie will start on October 25 and I'm very excited to be part of the show na Willie Revillame heads. Alam naman natin na sobrang lakas... yung hatak niya sa mga tao is great.

"So, this could be the biggest break that I'll ever have in my career—to be part of the primetime [show] ni Willie Revillame. Segment-segment lang, but this is my time to learn, you know."

Proud din si Mo na nagna-No. 1 na sa ratings ang Kapatid network.

Aniya, "Nag-number one ang TV5, October 2, primetime. Number one network in the country! We're consistently on the rise.

"And I remember MVP [Manny V. Pangilinan] saying, he wanted it to be the number two network by the end of the year. But it's only October, nag-number two na tayo, nag-number one.

"So, you know, we're really doing very well. I think, by next year, with Willie aboard, that's gonna be..."

Naniniwala ba siyang he (Mo) really made the right choice in transferring from GMA-7 to TV5?

"Of course," mabilis na sagot ni Mo. "If you'll ask me, I'll give you the best answer because I'm part of it.

"But, do you believe that it's possible to make this country a three-network war or three-network relationship? Kung naniniwala kayo, then we should all believe. It's great!

"Imagine, before Jollibee lang, ngayon pumapasok na iba-iba. So, every business you'll see naman, there's always room for everyone, there's always room for competition.

"Siyempre, mag-aaway ang mga network, magba-badmouth. But at the end, it's all part of it," saad ni Mo.
