MANILA, Philippines - It looks like Mo Twister's admiration for Rhian Ramos has grown from a simple crush to a serious kind of love.
The DJ and TV host admitted that he has been courting the pretty young actress for a month now, as reported on PEP last Oct. 11.
"Why would I deny [it]? Of course, I'll be lying to everyone if I say that I don't like Rhian. Inaamin ko naman talaga that I like her. Inaamin ko that I buy her birthday presents, bring her food [on the set]," he declared.
He may be clueless on his chances in earning Rhian's affections---considering that a number of gentlemen also has a crush on her---but the guy sounds serious.
"I already said this in all my interviews, I'm not the type of guy who will court two, three girls at the same time. I'm not the type na tipong 'yung mga relationship, mabilis lang or of short duration. Usually five years, six years... hindi naman yung tipong months," he related.
Seemingly in the same race for Rhian's heart is Aljur Abrenica, whom Mo heard to have said that he wants to date his "Ilumina" leading lady. Nevertheless, Mo is cool with it.
"She's not my girlfriend. If there's something going on, then, that's good for them. I can't control someone's life. I can't control her life. If he wants to court her, that's his prerogative," he said.
He added that it's only realistic to think that Rhian and Aljur (or just one of them) will develop feelings for the other, since they often see each other during tapings for "Ilumina."
"I can only do my part-ten minutes, 20 minutes to bring her food. If that works, okay lang, if not, what can I do?" he said.
Mo admitted that he visits Rhian during her tapings for Kapuso shows "Ilumina" and "Kaya Ng Powers," but clarified that he doesn't linger and only stays in his car.
"I don't stay very long kasi, alam ko naman na nagtatrabaho. Hindi naman ako puwedeng lumabas ng car at magtambay sa set because that's a different network... I bring her lunch or minsan, dinner. Kimchi, sandwich. Ako na lang ang gumagawa sa bahay," the Kapatid star said.
Scenes for "Ilumina" are usually shot in Tagaytay. But Mo doesn't mind travelling all the way there, because he said, "It's love!" before quickly adding, "joke lang."
Mo also shouldered the catering for a birthday dinner for Rhian last Oct. 10 (her natal day is on the third) held at Bianca King's house.

Asked what he loves about Rhian, Mo said: "Well, you know, other than she's beautiful, which is very obvious, she's very smart and she's very funny. We have been friends for quite some time, so, you know, wala lang. I don't know. She's everything."
In other news, it was recently announced that Mo will join Willie Revillame in his upcoming variety show on TV5, "Willing Willie." He is said to host his own segment on the program. Their other co-hosts, which are yet to be formally announced, seemed to have been revealed by this tweet by Mo last Oct. 10:
"at TV5 hangin' w/ Willie Revillame, Isabel Oli, and Sandra Seifert--getting ready for the big launch of Willing Willie on Oct 23! Huge."
