Shaina's first bed scene is with Coco Martin

MANILA, Philippines - Young actress Shaina Magdayao is already set to do her first steamy scene on the big screen with Prince of Indie Coco Martin.

In an interview, Martin said he never thought that the actress will accept the mature role for Star Cinema's upcoming film "Sa 'Yo Lamang."

"Hindi ko ini-expect na tatanggapin ni Shaina ang role kasi sobrang matured. May (love scene eh). Natatakot ako dahil first time ni Shaina magkakaroon ng bed scene at iniisip ko kung paano iha-handle yon," the actor said.

Martin added he and Magdayao will attend acting workshops so they will feel more comfortable doing scenes together.

He vowed that he will take care of his leading lady, who is the real life sweetheart of actor John Lloyd Cruz.

Martin believes Cruz won't mind that he will be doing steamy scenes with Magdayao because he is also an actor.

"Noong pictorial biniro ko si Shaina. Sabi ko nahihiya ako, kinakabahan ako at nahihiya ako kay Lloydie. Sabi niya 'bakit ka mahihiya doon?' Siyempre actor si Lloydie. Alam niya ang ganoong sitwasyon," Martin said.

Directed by Laurice Guillen, "Sa 'Yo Lamang" is Martin's first mainstream film.

The movie also stars Zanjoe Marudo, Christopher de Leon, Lorna Tolentino, Enchong Dee and Bea Alonzo.
